Senior HSW Partner - Psychosocial Risk

An opportunity for an experienced Senior Health, Safety & Wellbeing Business Partner to take a lead role in strengthening psychological safety and psychosocial risk management across a complex organisation.

Working closely with senior leaders, teams and key stakeholders, you will provide specialist HSW advice and support, with a strong focus on identifying psychosocial hazards, assessing risk and ensuring practical and effective controls are embedded across the organisation.

This is a hands-on partnering role requiring someone who can provide practical risk expertise and work closely with leaders and teams across the organisation.

About The Role 
The role Key areas of focus will include:

• Partnering with leaders to strengthen the management of psychological health and safety.
• Identifying and assessing psychosocial hazards and associated risks.
• Developing, implementing and reviewing practical psychosocial risk controls.
• Supporting leaders to understand their responsibilities and build capability in psychological health and safety.
• Reviewing existing systems, frameworks and processes to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Providing specialist advice on complex psychological health and safety matters.
• Using data, trends and insights to identify emerging risks and inform preventative action.
• Supporting the integration of psychosocial risk into broader HSW risk management, assurance and governance processes.
• Working collaboratively across the organisation to ensure controls are practical, understood and effectively implemented.

About You
You will be an experienced HSW professional with strong business partnering capability and demonstrated experience in psychological health and safety and psychosocial risk management.

You will bring:

• Strong knowledge of contemporary psychosocial risk management practices and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated experience identifying psychosocial hazards and developing effective risk controls.
• The ability to translate legislative and technical requirements into practical solutions.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, particularly with senior and operational leaders.
• Experience working within complex or multi-stakeholder operating environments.
• A practical, risk-based approach and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
• Strong broader health and safety capability, with the ability to integrate psychological safety into an organisation's overall HSW framework.
