Key responsibilities include:
- Providing practical WHS advice and coaching to leaders and employees
- Supporting WHS compliance, governance and risk management activities
- Managing incident investigations and corrective actions
- Reviewing and improving WHS policies, procedures and systems
- Conducting audits, inspections and workplace assessments
- Supporting psychosocial risk management initiatives
- Delivering WHS training and awareness programs
- Building strong stakeholder relationships across the organisation
You are a pragmatic and approachable WHS professional who enjoys working closely with people and influencing positive change.
You will ideally bring:
- Experience in a WHS Advisor, WHS Specialist or HSE role
- Strong understanding of WHS legislation and risk management principles
- Experience with incident investigations and compliance activities
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- The ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
- A practical, solutions focused approach
