The Role
Covering leave for their Head of HR, you will support the HRBP with employee life cycle matters, provide sound advice on awards, contracts, process with performance and investigations, on and off boarding, some HR reporting and administration and projects as they arise. Knowledge of WHS, notifiable incidents etc would be highly regarded. Salary commensurate at this level and does not require higher level experience.
The Fit
You are experienced and credentialed in HR to advisory level and generalist support is what you are good at. Working without HRIS with a resourceful and proactive approach is what they need right now. Excellent communication and engagement skills, able to prioritise and work to deadlines is key. This role could be full or part time, ideally 3-4 days in the office with flex, starting immediately.
