Their programs ensure academic continuity for school-aged patients, helping them maintain educational progress during treatment and successfully transition back into traditional classroom environments. As demand continues to grow, they are expanding their Business Development team to support strategic partnerships across the healthcare landscape.
The Opportunity
This is a true full-cycle sales role responsible for driving new partnerships with behavioral health facilities, psychiatric hospitals, healthcare systems, and treatment centers throughout the United States. You'll be responsible for identifying opportunities, prospecting executive decision-makers, developing customized solutions, negotiating agreements, and closing new business. This role offers direct exposure to executive leadership and provides the autonomy to build and manage your own territory.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who enjoys hunting for new business, thrives in consultative sales environments, and is comfortable engaging C-suite healthcare executives.
What You'll Be Doing
- Prospect and develop a designated territory
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound outreach
- Build relationships with hospital executives and behavioral health leaders
- Create customized educational solutions for prospective partners
- Conduct discovery meetings and needs assessments
- Deliver presentations and service proposals
- Forecast pipeline activity and revenue opportunities
- Negotiate contracts and partnership agreements
- Manage opportunities through the entire sales cycle
- Collaborate with leadership to achieve growth objectives

- Consistently generate qualified opportunities through self-sourced prospecting

Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $70,000 - $75,000
On-Target Earnings (OTE):
- Year 1: $125,000+
- Year 3: $234,000+
This role offers a highly rewarding commission structure tied directly to revenue generated from closed partnerships. Top performers who consistently build pipeline, create executive-level relationships, and close strategic healthcare partnerships will have a clear path to significant earnings growth.

We're seeking a high-performing business development professional with a proven ability to prospect, build relationships, and close complex deals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4-5+ years of successful B2B sales experience
- Proven track record selling six-figure solutions
- Experience prospecting via phone, email, video, and in-person meetings
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to manage the entire sales cycle independently
- Comfortable discussing and demonstrating technology-enabled solutions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling into hospitals, healthcare systems, or behavioral health organizations
- Prior behavioral health business development experience
- Experience selling services to executive-level healthcare decision-makers
- Strong understanding of healthcare buying processes and stakeholder management
