Responsibilities:

  • Developing innovative and safety-critical systems and components for driver assistance systems (focus on Radar)
  • Definition of the system behavior and the sensor performance in cooperation with the development department and the customer
  • Responsible for system function analysis of the requirements for the driver assistance system, the functions, and the sensor
  • Analysis of the link of the component properties (sensor, brakes, steering) to system performance
  • Troubleshooting of system integration with prototype vehicles and the series production

Requirements

  • Degree/MSEE BSEE in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automotive Technology, Mechatronics, or equivalent
  • Experience in automotive development driving assistance systems (radar preferable) or embedded systems is ideal
  • Know-how on vehicle bus systems like (CAN, LIN, FlexRay)
  • Automotive experience with practical experience, if possible, with data recording in vehicle on e.g. CANoe, ADTF
  • Good knowledge of requirement management tools (e.g. DOORS)
  • Soft skills: proactive, flexible, strong in communication, team-oriented, the mindset of continuous improvement, efficient
  • English resume
