This is: the job
Two SAP SuccessFactors Support Officers are required to support a major HR transformation program currently underway, focused on the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
With the design phase complete, the program is now moving into testing, training and rollout. This 6-month contract will play a key role in supporting the SAP Project Team across testing activities, reporting, documentation, training coordination and data validation.
Based in Melbourne, this opportunity suits someone with experience in HRIS systems or SuccessFactors administration who enjoys working in delivery-focused environments and contributing to the successful rollout.

This is: what you’ll do
  • Support SIT and UAT testing activities for the SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation
  • Prepare and validate HR data for migration into the SuccessFactors production environment
  • Capture testing feedback and ensure results are logged, tracked and followed up
  • Support the build, enhancement and maintenance of SuccessFactors Employee Central Story Reports
  • Assist with basic troubleshooting of Employee Central Payroll replication issues
  • Support the design, build and testing of the Kronos self-service leave application
  • Prepare documentation to support the transition from project delivery into BAU support
  • Collaborate with HR, payroll and technology stakeholders throughout testing and rollout activities
  • Provide administrative support to Project Lead and wider project team

This is: what you’ll need
  • Experience working in an HR system or HRIS support or administration role
  • Hands-on experience as a competent user of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • Experience using or building SuccessFactors Story Reports
  • Exposure to SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll with an understanding of replication concepts
  • Experience supporting system testing activities including SIT and UAT
  • Strong HR reporting capability using Spinifex or similar reporting tools
  • Familiarity with Kronos or PageUp is helpful
  • Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proactive, detail-focused and comfortable taking ownership of defined responsibilities
