  • hourly base rate + 1% commission on every personal sale from day one, paid fortnightly

About the Role
  • Deliver a personalised showroom experience and tailored product solutions
  • Build genuine customer relationships and guide customers through their purchase
  • Achieve sales targets while earning uncapped commission
  • Maintain high showroom presentation and visual merchandising standards
  • Prepare customer quotations and process orders accurately
  • Work collaboratively with the wider team to deliver exceptional service
About You
  • Previous retail or consultative sales experience
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Confident, positive and motivated by achieving results
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working a Friday–Tuesday roster
