Apply directThe main missions of the role are:
- Manage Part Quality claims and ensure resolution through communication and assistance to the supplier
- Close quality problems by managing the process & product specific audits
- Manage the Charge Back process with the support of accounting and in co-operation with the commodity buyers
- Update Good Incoming Inspection plan and measurement instructions
- Manage changes on purchased parts or of Suppliers (internal/external) during serial production
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have/be:
- Degree; preferably in engineering
- SQA and / or manufacturing experience, in the automotive industry
- Process and product awareness
- Understanding of geometrical tolerance and mechanical design
- Familiar with IATF16949 and ISO9001
- Experience of SAP system
- Good written and oral communications skills (Japanese/English, Chinese preferred)
- Teamwork and ability to work in a matrix environment
- Experience of using dimension measuring machine
- Ability to create parts inspection standard document WI (Work Instruction)
