1st Shift Cotton Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator

Nesco Resource is seeking an experienced Cotton Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator for a 1st shift opportunity with a manufacturing facility in the Enoree, SC area. 

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift to move, load, unload, and stage cotton and other materials.
• Organize and maintain warehouse inventory and storage areas.
• Ensure materials are properly identified, stored, and available for production.
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing materials as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory and material movement records.
• Assist with coordinating daily warehouse activities and priorities.
• Communicate effectively with production, warehouse, and leadership teams.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Cross-train in additional warehouse and production responsibilities.
• Follow all company safety procedures and forklift operating guidelines.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Strong previous forklift experience required.
• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, textile, or material handling experience preferred.
• Stable work history with demonstrated longevity in previous positions.
• Previous leadership, lead, coordinator, or additional responsibility experience is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Dependable with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work with limited supervision.
• Willingness to cross-train and learn additional responsibilities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse/manufacturing environment.

Schedule

1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Pay

$17.00–$18.00 per hour, depending on experience.
