The Role

• Advise major lenders, borrowers, sponsors and investors on project finance, acquisition finance, corporate finance and restructuring matters.
• Work directly with experienced partners on sophisticated financing structures, derivatives, streaming and royalty arrangements and large-scale resources transactions.
• Draft and negotiate key finance documents while collaborating with clients and colleagues across all levels to deliver commercial, solutions-focused advice.

About You

• You will ideally have 4+ years’ PAE in banking and finance, with experience in leveraged, acquisition, project, corporate or real estate finance.
• You will bring exceptional drafting skills, strong analytical capability and a proactive, solutions-focused approach to complex matters.
• You will enjoy working both autonomously and collaboratively, demonstrating confidence in client engagement and a commitment to professional excellence.
