We're partnering with a large enterprise organisation to deliver a major HR data transformation and are looking for an experienced Senior Data Modeller to join the team.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in designing enterprise data models that support workforce analytics, HR reporting and finance-aligned planning. You'll work closely with business and technical stakeholders to create scalable, trusted data models that underpin modern analytics and reporting.
Essential Skills & Experience
• Extensive experience in enterprise data modelling across complex environments
• Strong Data Vault and dimensional (star schema) modelling expertise
• Experience with Snowflake or a comparable cloud data warehouse
• Experience modelling HR, payroll, finance or workforce data
• Strong understanding of source-to-target mappings and enterprise data integration
• Experience designing data models for analytics and reporting platforms such as Power BI
• Knowledge of data governance, lineage, metadata and data quality best practices
• Proven ability to work with business stakeholders to define metrics and reporting requirements
• Excellent collaboration skills, working with architects, engineers and business analysts
Highly Regarded
• Experience with Workday HCM or other enterprise HR systems
• Experience with workforce planning, payroll or finance reporting
• Exposure to dbt, modern cloud data platforms or enterprise analytics environments
