Looking for your next opportunity in a fast-paced, team-focused environment? We’re seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a busy and supportive team on a 3–6 month contract, with potential to go permanent.

About the Role

This is a key role within the customer service and operations team, where you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a seamless delivery experience.
You’ll work closely with internal teams including sales, logistics, and operations, playing a critical role in keeping communication flowing and customers supported.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Handling inbound calls and emails from customers
  • Processing orders accurately and efficiently in the CRM system
  • Providing updates on deliveries and resolving customer queries
  • Supporting key customer accounts and maintaining strong relationships
  • Liaising with drivers, operations, and sales teams
  • Managing shared inboxes and ensuring timely responses
  • Assisting with reporting, data entry, and general admin tasks
About You
You’re a customer-focused, organised, and adaptable individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll bring:
  • Experience in customer service, administration, or call centre environments
  • Strong communication skills and a professional phone manner
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and stay calm under pressure
  • Confidence using systems (CRM experience advantageous)
  • A proactive, team-oriented approach
