Events Front of House & Customer Service Staff

We're currently seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Event Staff to work across a variety of major events, expos, conferences and exhibitions throughout Sydney.

If you enjoy working with people, thrive in fast-paced environments and want flexible casual work, we'd love to hear from you!

This is casual oncall work 

Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting and assisting attendees
  • Scanning tickets and managing event entry
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Answering attendee questions and directing guests
  • Crowd control and queue management
  • Checking in registered guests and verifying attendance details
  • Assisting event organisers with general front of house duties
  • Ensuring a professional and welcoming experience for all visitors

To be considered for this role you will need to obtain the following:

  • Proven customer service experience
  • An eye for detail and excellent communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Able to work casual/flexible hours
