The Opportunity
We are seeking a commercially astute Business Development Manager to join a leading Building Services division.
This is a high-impact, new business-focused role responsible for identifying, developing, and securing opportunities across key sectors. You will own the full sales lifecycle—from origination through to negotiation and contract close—working closely with operations and bid teams to ensure seamless delivery.
This role suits a professional who combines strategic thinking with execution, and who is motivated by driving measurable revenue growth and building long-term client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across target markets
- Develop and maintain a strong, qualified sales pipeline
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Design and present tailored building services solutions
- Manage end-to-end sales process from lead generation to contract execution
- Prepare proposals, pricing submissions, and presentations
- Negotiate and close commercial agreements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and delivery
- Maintain accurate CRM reporting and pipeline forecasting
- Represent the business at industry events and forums
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and growth opportunities
About You
You are a results-driven B2B sales professional with a proven ability to originate and close complex deals.
You bring experience within Building Services, Facilities Management, Construction, or a related sector, and are confident engaging with multiple stakeholders across long sales cycles.
You will demonstrate
