Plant Production Manager (Interior electronics)

Mission:

• Head of the Production department on a site, manages the autonomous production units

Responsibilities:

• Is responsible of all production (APUs including methods, maintenance and quality)
• Ensure respect of all working standards (safety, work instructions, quality, respect of the product) during the operations
• Ensure that the production schedule planned by the SC&L is respected
• Ensure achievement of QCD objectives and is accountable of QCD results
• Ensure optimal use of equipment (TRP)
• Ensure maintenance of equipment
• Drive continuous improvement with the support of the SC&L/VPS cluster of his region

Requirements

Must:

• At least 10 years of experience as a manufacturing manager or quality manager in a manufacturing plant
• Team management experience
• Business level Japanese and English required
• Automobile license

Welcomed:
