Job Title: Sales Engineer - External Sales

Location: Sydney, Australia

My client is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to join their team in Sydney. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about instrumentation and control systems, particularly in the valve actuation and process instrumentation sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage external sales activities primarily in the Sydney region, focusing on valve actuation and related products.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client expectations are met and exceeded.

- Engage in technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase product capabilities.

- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in an external sales role, preferably in the instrumentation, automation, or related fields.

- Strong technical background with knowledge of valves, actuators, and measurement devices.

- Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive sales initiatives.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- A degree in engineering or a related technical discipline is preferred.
