Apply directA sizable mass retail group is looking for an Assistant Leasing Manager / Leasing Specialist to support its ongoing store network expansion in Hong Kong. Reporting to the Leasing Manager, you will independently handle end-to-end tenancy matters, including new site acquisitions, lease renewals, and landlord negotiations. Leveraging your industry network and market sense, you will evaluate site feasibility, conduct financial assessments, and drive retail growth.
Key Responsibilities

Lease Management & Negotiations: Handle day-to-day general leasing matters independently, including new leases, renewals, tenancy agreements, and lease expirations.

Site Evaluation & Feasibility: Conduct market research, site visits, foot-traffic analysis, and financial assessments to prepare comprehensive leasing proposals.

Developer & Landlord Outreach: Liaise closely with landlords, property developers, and estate agents to identify strategic retail locations for store network expansion.

Project & Handover Coordination: Partner with internal fit-out teams, contractors, and external stakeholders to coordinate the takeover, renovation, and handover of premises on schedule.

Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong long-term relationships with existing and prospective property owners, developers, and agency partners.
Candidate Profile

Education: Degree holder in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.

Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of solid retail leasing experience, ideally gained from major mass retailers, chain stores, or commercial property developers.

Industry Network: Established network and good relationships with major Hong Kong property developers, landlords, and real estate agents.

Key Skills: Strong negotiation, analytical, and time management skills, with high sensitivity to retail market trends and financial data.

Languages & Availability: Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese; candidates available immediately or on short notice are highly preferred.
