- Developing and executing domestic marketing and market plans
- Leading portfolio, product lifecycle and launch planning
- Monitoring market trends, competitor activity and customer needs
- Working closely with customers, licensees, agency partners and internal teams
- Identifying new in-licensing, out-licensing and B2B growth opportunities
About You:
We are seeking a commercially minded, market-focused leader who brings:
- 10+ years’ experience across commercial, marketing, product management or business development roles
- An understanding of Australian agriculture, ideally grains or broadacre cropping markets
- Strong product management, strategic marketing and market development capability
- Proven ability to build relationships with customers, licensees, industry stakeholders and internal teams
- Strong communication skills and confidence representing a business externally
- Commercial discipline, attention to detail and experience contributing to budgets and planning
