Riverina Oils is a leading Australian agribusiness and vertically integrated canola oil producer with a major crushing and refining facility in Wagga Wagga and a commercial head office in Melbourne. The Role:
Reporting into the Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for the monitoring of stocks and scheduling freight movements to ensure production and distribution requirements are achieved.
Working closely with the onsite sourcing and production teams, you will liaise closely with a number of stakeholders, coordinating vehicle scheduling, production scheduling, load planning, and records management.
Responsibilities include:
To be successful in this role you will have experience working within a similar position or similar grains business and be looking to further develop your career within the sector. Tertiary qualifications in an agricultural or related field is desirable, however experience and knowledge within the grains sector will be beneficial.
You will have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and enjoy working as part of a close knit, fast paced team environment. You will naturally be a problem solver and be able to multi-task with a high attention to detail.

Responsibilities include:
- Liaising with growers, bulk handlers and logistics partners throughout the supply chain
- Accurate contract management including raising new tickets and confirming financial requirements
- Ensure compliance with COR responsibilities and regularly update Freight Matrix
- Maintain stocks at an adequate level and ensure ongoing accurate inventory oversight
- Ensure despatch management is in line with the plant running capacity for seed intake and meal out loading
