Opportunity for a Contract Administrator to join a reputable Tier 2 head contractor on a short-term contract supporting a major $190M project.

  • Short term contract
  • Immediate start 
  • ABN - PAYG (hourly / day rates) 
The Role
You’ll assist with the commercial and contractual functions across key packages, working within a well-structured project team to support delivery and ongoing site requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support subcontractor administration and procurement activities
  • Assist with variations, claims, and general contract support
  • Contribute to cost tracking and reporting as required
  • Support project teams with day-to-day commercial tasks
  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance processes
About You
  • At least 4-5 years experience as a Contract Administrator
  • Background with T1 - T3 head contractors 
  • Exposure to construction projects of varying scale, full life cycle
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment
