We are seeking a HR Manager for a full-time on site position with a Killarney based Hotel.

The HR Manager will oversee all HR functions, including recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR compliance. You will be a qualified HR professional with a strong understanding of Irish employment law and HR processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop HR policies and procedures.
  • Support departmental managers with workforce planning, providing advice and guidance on employee relations.
  • Handle employee queries, supporting conflict resolution.
  • Coordinating payroll and benefits with relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensuring adherence to employment legislation and HR practices. .
  • Promoting a positive workplace culture and supporting continuous improvement in HR practices across the hotel.

Qualifications:

  • You will have relevant experience in human resources management, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations within hospitality or a similar service environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of Irish employment legislation with the ability to ensure compliance and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
  • A proactive, professional and solutions-focused approach.

The role in Monday to Friday with an established well know establishment in Killarney.
