Pallet and Crate Builder

Responsibilities

  • Build wooden pallets and shipping crates using power tools and hand tools

  • Measure, cut, and assemble lumber based on design specifications or customer orders

  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

  • Follow safety procedures and wear proper protective equipment

  • Assist with loading or moving finished pallets/crates as needed

Qualifications and Skills

  • Prior experience in woodworking, construction, or manufacturing is a plus, but not required

  • Comfortable using hand tools, saws, nail guns, and measuring tape

  • Ability to read and follow basic blueprints or diagrams

  • Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long periods

  • Strong attention to detail and good work ethic

  • Dependable and able to work independently or as part of a team

Benefits/Compensation

  • Pay Rate is $15 per hour
