Our client, a luxury fashion brand, is seeking a temporary Operations/Merchandising Associate to join the team at their corporate office in NYC. This is a temporary position that will begin tentatively on Monday 6/22, and go through Friday July 31st with a high potential to extend. Please note this role is hybrid (Mondays-Thursdays in office, Fridays WFH).

Job Duties Include
- Manage inventory accuracy and coordinate store-to-store transfers to support e-commerce and retail operations.
- Partner with boutiques and third-party client services to resolve order issues, escalations, and post-sale inquiries (delivery, returns, repairs, and refunds).
- Support ecommerce merchandising, analytics, and website operations, including content updates, accessibility, checkout, and product availability.
- Coordinate ecommerce order fulfillment by working with operations teams on packaging, shipping, and courier logistics.
- Additional duties as needed and assigned.
- 1+ years of experience in luxury retail, ecommerce, or high-end client service environments.
- Strong ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client-focused approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, with strong attention to detail and consistency in executing routine tasks.
