Nesco Resource is seeking a Punch Press Operator to join a manufacturing team in Rochester, NY. This role is responsible for producing high-quality parts on punch press equipment while maintaining safety, efficiency, and quality standards. The ideal candidate has prior punch press experience and thrives in a fast-paced production environment.
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate punch press equipment to produce quality parts
  • Ensure parts meet company quality standards and customer specifications
  • Monitor production output against work order goals and timelines
  • Complete required inspections and production paperwork
  • Communicate equipment, safety, or workflow concerns to management
  • Notify management of maintenance or repair needs
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas
  • Follow all QMS and safety procedures
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Previous punch press experience required
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Safety-conscious mindset
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Good communication and organizational skills
 
Pay Rate: $23.00 – $30.00/Hour (Based On Exp.)
Shift: 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM, Monday – Friday
