Senior Business Analyst

Client Role 

We’re working with a well-established organisation in the financial services sector that is currently going through a significant period of business change and transformation.

They are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support a range of business and technology initiatives across a complex operating environment.

This is a hands-on BA role where you will be involved in process mapping, requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement and supporting operational readiness across multiple business areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Document and map business processes, including process flows, swimlane diagrams and supporting artefacts.
• Engage with business users to capture, clarify and break down requirements.
• Work closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to support delivery.
• Support digital transformation and operational readiness activities.
• Contribute to analysis across a range of workstreams and business units.
• Navigate ambiguity and sensitive conversations with professionalism and discretion.
• Produce clear documentation and practical BA artefacts to support decision making and delivery.

Key Requirements

• Strong Business Analyst experience within financial services.
• Confident with process mapping, requirements documentation and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience producing swimlane diagrams, process maps and related artefacts.
• Ability to work across complex business environments and manage competing priorities.
• SQL or data querying experience would be advantageous.
• Experience across investment services, operational readiness, wealth platforms or post-merger integration would be beneficial.
