Financial analysis for projects. Support the PMs and IPT teams in making the changes from the financial area. Training and coaching of the PMs for the financial function. Derive suitable measures in the event of deviations from the plan.

Financial analsis in project: Full Responsibility
- Planning of headcount budget and project budget
- Analysis of gaps between budget and actual

Process Control: Shared Responsibility
- Supporting financial related project management processes within the Business Unit including their roll­out and continuous improvement.

Tool Support : Shared
- Supporting financial related project management processes within the Business Unit including their roll­out and continuous improvement.

Training : Shared
- Provide trainings regarding project budget and planning processes.
- Ensure documentation for users on how to "live" processes and use templates/tools.

PM Support and Coaching:Shared
- Coaching of projects managers and project teams with provision of process descriptions, methodologies and templates
- Support project managers regarding operational setting­up and handling projects in the financial area.
- Facilitate PACT kick off workshops upon request.

Central project coordination: Shared
- Support cross-project issues
- Coordinate project resource allocation & budget within the Business Unit
