Are you an experienced Senior Accountant looking to move beyond pure compliance work and build genuine advisory expertise?

This opportunity offers direct exposure to Partners, meaningful client relationships, and the chance to become a trusted adviser to privately owned businesses and high-net-worth clients.

Join a highly respected accounting and advisory practice known for delivering tailored taxation, accounting and business advisory solutions. You'll work closely with senior decision-makers and gain hands-on exposure to complex advisory projects while managing a diverse client portfolio.

Reporting directly to the Partners, you will:

• Prepare and review financial statements and income tax returns
• Manage annual compliance obligations across a variety of entity structures
• Build strong relationships with business owners and key stakeholders
• Assist with tax planning and strategic advisory engagements
• Support business structuring and asset protection initiatives
• Prepare management reports, forecasts and financial analysis
• Liaise with the ATO and other regulatory bodies
• Mentor junior team members and assist with workflow management

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Several years' experience within Business Services and Taxation
• Strong public practice accounting experience
• CA or CPA qualification, or significant progress towards completion
• Experience preparing financial statements and tax returns for companies, trusts, partnerships and individuals
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
• Experience using Xero and related accounting software
• A genuine interest in developing advisory expertise and progressing your career
