So, what's the role?
As a Property Manager, you'll play a central role in our property management operations. You'll be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of properties which are predominantly concentrated in the scenic South-Western areas.
The great news is, when you start, you won't be greeted with a slew of issues or arrears to handle on your first day (after all, who wants to dive into a mountain of problems, right?). That's because our portfolio is exceptionally well-maintained, featuring high-quality properties with reliable tenants and long-term landlords, making this portfolio a breeze to manage.
Your daily tasks will revolve around providing excellent property management services, with the exception of Trust accounting (we'll leave the numbers to the experts in that department)

- Conducting ingoing, outgoing & routine inspections
- Finalising end-of-tenancies
- Building and nurturing relationships with landlords and tenants
- Managing maintenance requests, handling rent reviews and renewals
- Keeping an eye on rent arrears
