This is a true hands on leadership role, where you'll be right on the shop floor leading from the front, supporting your team, and driving the success of the store every day.

The Role:

Working closely with the Store Manager, you'll help lead a busy, high stock operation while building a positive, high performing team culture.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and developing a team of 15–45 team members
  • Overseeing the flow of 10–15 pallets of stock daily
  • Driving sales, productivity, and operational excellence
  • Coaching and supporting team members to achieve their best
  • Maintaining a strong presence across all areas of the store
  • Thriving in an environment where priorities shift and every day brings something different
