Responsible for completing project within allotted budget, agreed upon schedule and quality targets
Lead internal team meetings to track progress per the agreed upon schedule
Manage the open action items list, schedule to track closure of all tasks
Coordinate meetings with customer and internal R&D, Manf and other organizations
Maintain Project Status Reports and present status to Management
Provide guidance to team and align customer targets with internal targets
Track and coordinate project activities (open issues, DR,...) with the customer
Regular customer contacts like technical presentations; establish good relationship to engineering
Lead/support acquisition activities with Japanese OEM (When required)
Support for technical discussions before and during RFQ process (When required)
Help commercial discussion between sales/KAM and customer
Provide onsite support to customers
