- Lead MuleSoft technical delivery while remaining hands-on across Mule 4 and Anypoint Platform.
- Coach and develop integration engineers, building capability and strong engineering practices.
- Drive API-led design, reusable integration patterns, technical standards and solution/code reviews.
- Work across architecture, DevOps and delivery teams to improve platform reliability, CI/CD and integration outcomes.
- Strong hands-on MuleSoft experience across Mule 4, Anypoint Platform and enterprise integration.
- Technical leadership experience, including coaching, mentoring and providing direction to engineers.
- Strong knowledge of API-led architecture, DataWeave, RAML/OpenAPI, MUnit and CI/CD practices.
- The ability to balance technical delivery with growing people leadership responsibilities and a desire to progress into broader Leadership role in the future.
