Apply directHaving launched in June 2020 the business is growing fast. The Business Development team is made up of adaptable and results-driven professionals. Account Executives are autonomous in their work, building a pipeline through their own lead generation as well as working closely with BDRs and marketing team on leads they generate.
Their goal is to disrupt the way businesses make decisions about their people using psychometric assessments and scientific evaluation. So far they've acquired over 500 customers in the UK and US and are continuing to expand into new markets.
Within the BD team, you’ll find a team of entrepreneurial minds who are driven and dedicated to growing the business and driving revenue.
The Role
- 360 sales role
- Lead generation using lead generation tools
- Book outbound meetings through a combination of cold calls, emails, social outreach, networking and independent research
- Engage with prospects and articulate the product in an effective manner
- Conduct discovery with prospects to evaluate pain points
- Deliver relevant marketing content to prospects
- Product demonstrations with key stakeholders, establish relationships and keep on top of timelines
- Generate and manage sales pipeline; maintain impeccable admin and update all activity in our CRM
- Lead efforts in building sustainable processes, and procedures
- Manage accounts for upsell opportunities and renewals.
Skills & Attributes
- Proven ability to build good relationships
- Experience in SaaS sales or a similar, fast-paced environment
- Ability to articulate with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, flexible
- A can-do, agile attitude necessary to thrive in a scale-up environment
