CNC Operator Location: Le Roy, MI Shift: 1st Shift Pay: $14.00 per hour Job Summary Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity? We're seeking a CNC Operator to join our team in Le Roy, MI. In this role, you'll be a vital part of our operations, helping us to connect hard-working individuals with a growing company that cares! What You'll Be Doing As a CNC Operator, your core responsibilities will include:Operating and Maintaining CNC Machinery: Working directly with various CNC equipment. Rubber Injection Molding: Performing tasks related to the rubber injection molding process. Quality Control: Checking parts to ensure they meet quality standards. In addition, you will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized workspace. This entry-level role includes on-site continuing education to become proficient with CNC or Tool Die Fabrication and offers an opportunity to become permanent after the training period.What We're Looking For To be successful in this role, you should have the following: Qualifications:Reliable Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to keep a consistent pace Hard Working Positive Attitude Skills:Attention to Detail: To ensure all parts and processes meet quality requirements.
