Temp NSO Associates (4), Bal Harbour Shops (Miami)

Our client, a luxury fashion brand, is seeking Temp Retail Associates to support a new store opening in Bal Harbour, FL. This project will assist with store setup, visual merchandising execution, and operational readiness leading up to opening.

This is a is a temporary project from Friday October 2nd through Wednesday October 7th. 

Job Duties

• Support new store opening setup, ensuring the sales floor and back-of-house areas are organized and opening-ready.
• Assist with unpacking, processing, organizing, and replenishing merchandise throughout the store.
• Support visual merchandising execution, including product placement, fixture setup, folding, hanging, steaming, and overall presentation.
• Organize stockroom and back-of-house areas, ensuring merchandise is properly categorized and easily accessible.
• Assist with moving merchandise, boxes, fixtures, and visual materials as needed during setup.
• Partner with store leadership and the visual merchandising and operations teams to complete opening tasks efficiently and within designated timelines.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail operations, stock, visual merchandising, or store setup preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to follow visual and operational direction.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with shifting priorities.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Must be available for the full scheduled one-day assignment and comfortable supporting wherever needed during the store-opening process.
• Ability to stand for duration of shift and perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, reaching, and moving merchandise and boxes.

Pay Rate: $24/hr
