Qualifications:

• Active RN license required
• Proven Director of Nursing or senior nursing leadership experience in skilled nursing/long-term care
• Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations, survey readiness, and quality improvement initiatives
• Ability to adapt quickly, build relationships, and lead teams in changing environments
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel and support facilities as needed
