I'm currently recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded electrical contractor that has built an outstanding reputation delivering complex projects across the data centre and healthcare sectors. With a consistent pipeline of major projects secured for years to come, they've become a trusted delivery partner on some of Sydney's most critical infrastructure developments.
Due to ongoing growth, they are looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee the delivery of high-value electrical packages, with a strong focus on HV infrastructure and complex commercial Building Services projects.
The Role
Working closely with the Project Manager, you'll take ownership of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to the highest quality standards. You'll lead site teams, coordinate subcontractors and maintain strong relationships with clients and other trades throughout the project lifecycle.

The Role
Working closely with the Project Manager, you'll take ownership of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to the highest quality standards. You'll lead site teams, coordinate subcontractors and maintain strong relationships with clients and other trades throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- upervise the delivery of electrical Building Services installations across large-scale commercial, data centre and healthcare projects.
- Oversee High Voltage (HV) installation works, including coordination of HV subcontractors, equipment and commissioning activities.
- Manage electricians, subcontractors and site resources to achieve project milestones and programme requirements.
- Ensure all works are completed safely, in line with WHS requirements, Australian Standards and project specifications.
- Work closely with Project Managers, clients, consultants and builders to resolve issues and ensure successful project delivery.
- Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor delivering commercial Building Services projects.
- Strong High Voltage (HV) experience, ideally within data centres, healthcare, critical infrastructure or major commercial projects.
- Experience supervising electrical construction teams on complex D&C projects.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, commissioning processes and site coordination.
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Current Electrical Licence with a strong understanding of Australian Standards and safety requirements.
- Salary of up to $180,000 + Super.
