We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a leading commercial fit out contractor, to work on commercial workplace projects in Canberra. 

This is an initial 3-month contract opportunity, ideal for a hands-on Site Manager with a strong background delivering commercial interior fit out projects in live and fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day site operations and programme delivery
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site labour
  • Ensure works are completed safely, on time and to a high standard
  • Drive quality assurance and defect management processes
  • Conduct toolbox talks and maintain site compliance documentation
  • Liaise with project stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Monitor project progress and proactively resolve site issues
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering commercial fit-out projects
  • Any experience across Commercial Workplace projects is desirable
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and site management processes
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain programme deadlines
  • Current White Card
  • First Aid and relevant site safety certifications preferred
