Your Role Will Include:
- Supporting the DON in managing daily clinical operations
- Leading staff education, development, and mentorship
- Driving quality improvement and compliance initiatives
- Promoting a culture of accountability and clinical excellence
What We’re Looking For:
- Active RN license in Connecticut
- Leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care (ADON, Unit Manager, or RN Supervisor preferred)
- Strong knowledge of clinical standards, state and federal regulations
- A team-first mindset and a passion for resident-centered care
