Essential responsibilities and duties

o GUI/HMI application software development work for In-Vehicle Infotainment (IVI) system. o Providing GUI/HMI developers with an application development environment and HMI framework.

o Ordering, management and evaluation of external outsourcing. o Design, coding, and validation of GUI applications.

o Communication ability to explain clearly and to exchange opinions with others.

o Ability to understand the specifications required by the customer, propose specifications to the customer, and conduct technical negotiations.

Job Expectation :

o Optimize software design lead.
o Coordinating the requirement and negotiations with the customers.
o Identify and manage the tasks required for development.
o Appropriate management and control of the outsourcing.
o Logical thinking abilities, problem-solving ability and Business improvement abilities.

Requirements

Experience:

【Must】
o Knowledge of embedded software development in accordance with the software development process.
o Management and control skills of the outsourcing.

o Progress management in software development.

o Negotiating with the customer (mainly car makers).

【Want】

o Upstream process experience in system development such as requirements analysis, requirements definition and basic design.

o Development of ergonomic products.
* We welcome an experienced person not only in the automotive industry but also in the home appliance and game industries.

Skills and competencies:
【Must】

o Embedded software development on Linux and Android.
o GUI application development with commercial HMI frameworks such as Qt, KANZI, and CGI Studio.
o Progress management in software development.
o English skills for standard reading, writing and presentation.

【Want】
o Knowledge of Basic computer graphics.
o Knowledge of graphics API such as DirectX, OpenGL.
o Knowledge of GPU operation.
o Communication skill in English to discuss and manage with engineers. Business level or TOEIC over 700.
o Japanese N1
