Apply directThe Marketing Coordinator provides day-to-day support across partner communications, budget tracking, and marketing operations. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who enjoys managing multiple priorities, maintaining accurate reporting, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Job Duties Include:
- Support daily marketing operations and project coordination across multiple initiatives
- Serve as a key point of contact for external partners, managing communication, follow-ups, and ongoing requests
- Track budgets, expenses, invoices, and marketing spend, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting
- Maintain project trackers, records, reports, and supporting documentation
- Assist with marketing campaigns, partnerships, and special projects as needed
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other marketing materials
- Support leadership with administrative, reporting, and coordination needs
- Manage multiple deadlines and priorities while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail
- Additional duties as assigned
Job Qualifications Include:
- 1+ year of professional experience in marketing, business operations, project coordination, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience managing budgets, invoices, expense tracking, and reporting
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and project coordination skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Comfortable managing ongoing communication with external partners and stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and follow-through
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in marketing, media, luxury, retail, or consumer brands preferred
