▪ Design schematics for Inverter, DCDC and BMS according to platform definiton (application) 
▪ Design hardware architecture for Inverter, DCDC and BMS. 
PCB Design 
▪Work with PCB layout engineer for PCB layout review and components placement for Inverter, DCDC and BMS. 
Hardware technical solution for customers 
▪Discuss requirements with customer about Inverter, DCDC and BMS. 
▪Work for hardware technical solution for customers about Inverter, DCDC and BMS. 
▪Align solution proposals with platform team 
Hardware design documents 
▪Write and review hardware design related documents for Inverter, DCDC and BMS. 
▪ Review Specification documents for Inverter, DCDC and BMS to check if it meet Japan market or not independently. 
▪ Write hardware design spec, function test spec, manufacture test spec, validation test spec and EMC test spec independently. 
ISO26262 functional Safety 
▪Do FMEDA calculation for ISO26262 functional safety for Inverter, DCDC and BMS with the help of FMEDA expert. 
Analyze and troubleshoot electronics system 
▪Analyze, troubleshoot and measure hardware electronics system independently. 
▪ Perform Inverter, DCDC and BMS functional test independently. 
▪ Perform EMC test and DV/PV test with the help of EMC and DV/PV test engineer. 
Design analysis 
▪Do DFMEA analysis job for Inverter, DCDC and BMS. 
▪Do worst case analysis job for Inverter, DCDC and BMS. 
▪Analyze EMC requirements from Customer independently. 
Support factory build and test 
▪Support factory build and test and analysis for Inverter, DCDC and BMS.

Requirements

Hardware development tools SAP, Zuken, Pspice, Mathcad, IMDS; advanced  
Electronics schematic design knowledge for Analog circuit and digital circuit.; advanced  
Automotive design and manufacture theory and knowledge.; advanced  
Advanced speaking English and written English.; advanded  
Advanced knowledge of IGBT and power MOSFET’s driver, protection and power dissipation.; advanced  
Verifiable hands­on knowledge on PowerPC and Infineon microprocessor circuit design and hardware software interface.; advanced  
EMC design knowledge, EMC analysis knowledge and PCB design knowledge; advanced  
Communication skill. Well communicate with internal departments and customers. Internal departments include hardware team, software team, ME team, system team, factory, project manager, sales, EMC lab, DV/PV lab, launch manager, factory test engineers; basic
