Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers across Korea and APAC
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with financial institutions, crypto exchanges, and government regulatories
- Manage the end-to-end customer lifecycle, including onboarding, training, adoption, and ongoing support
- Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and corporate training sessions
- Drive customer retention, renewals, upselling, and cross-selling initiatives
- Coordinate with technical support and product teams to resolve client issues and ensure a seamless customer experience
- Represent the company at industry conferences, business events, and client meetings
Our Ideal Candidate:
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Relationship Management, or a similar client-facing role within cryptocurrency, blockchain, digital assets, fintech, compliance technology, or financial crime solutions
- Strong commercial mindset with experience in revenue generation
- Professional proficiency in Korean and English is required to effectively support and communicate with customers, regulators, and stakeholders across Korea and the APAC region
- Comfortable with business travel within Korea and occasionally across the region
