Our client is a global technology company specialising in blockchain intelligence and compliance solutions. As part of its continued expansion in Asia, the company is seeking a Customer Success Manager to support and grow relationships with clients across Korea and the broader APAC region.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers across Korea and APAC
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with financial institutions, crypto exchanges, and government regulatories
  • Manage the end-to-end customer lifecycle, including onboarding, training, adoption, and ongoing support
  • Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and corporate training sessions
  • Drive customer retention, renewals, upselling, and cross-selling initiatives
  • Coordinate with technical support and product teams to resolve client issues and ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, business events, and client meetings

Our Ideal Candidate:
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Relationship Management, or a similar client-facing role within cryptocurrency, blockchain, digital assets, fintech, compliance technology, or financial crime solutions
  • Strong commercial mindset with experience in revenue generation
  • Professional proficiency in Korean and English is required to effectively support and communicate with customers, regulators, and stakeholders across Korea and the APAC region
  • Comfortable with business travel within Korea and occasionally across the region
