We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Junior Maintenance Technician to join our property management team in Raleigh, NC .

This role is ideal for someone with some basic maintenance skills and an eagerness to learn. We are looking for someone who is also comfortable assisting with general janitorial duties to help maintain a clean, safe, and well-functioning community.

Responsibilities:

(Some knowledge and eagerness to learn required):

• Plumbing - sink/shower/toilet repair, replacing fixtures, unclogging drains (snaking when applicable)
• Electrical - replacing fixtures and switches, knowledge of proper safety protocol, rewiring when applicable
• Carpentry - patching holes, replacing doors/locks, hanging cabinetry, light touch-up painting
• Appliances - help with installation of W&D, stoves (when applicable), installing garbage disposals, and small repairs
• Technicians should be courteous to residents and provide realistic expectations for the completed job • Support preventative maintenance tasks
• Janitorial - Handle janitorial duties from time to time, such as trash removal, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing • Assist with unit turns (cleaning, minor repairs, and preparation for new residents)
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies Junior Maintenance Technicians Qualifications:
• Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Must have reliable transportation and have a team mentality
