Skills and requirements:
⚫ Engineering skills (mechanical or material science background). Capable of reading
drawings. Experience in FEA simulation is a plus.
⚫ Ambitious and has a positive work attitude, with a willingness to engage with new
clients and products.
⚫ Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to understand and summarize
key points in all sorts of communication (face-to-face meeting, email, phone call,
online meeting).
⚫ Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Be able to work both
independently and in a team.
⚫ Multi-project/multi-task management skills are important. Respect project milestones
and deadlines.
⚫ Able to work in an international and cross-cultural environment.
Computer skills:
Microsoft offices, CAD/Solidworks, Numerical simulation (is a plus)
Language Skills:
Must be fluent in English and Japanese, Knowledge in French or Chinese will be a plus.
Education: Bachelor's degree or plus, in mechanicals, material science or other related science
field. Experience in automotive as sales and application engineer is a plus.
Qualification: Driving license.
