A growing global medical technology company is seeking a Senior Lead Business Analyst to support a large-scale SAP transformation and drive business process optimization across its Japan operations.
Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across multiple functions
- Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements for SAP implementation and enhancement projects
- Act as the primary liaison between business users and SAP technical teams
- Support and optimize SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, EWM, and related applications
- Analyze and resolve system issues, defects, and enhancement requests
- Support SAP upgrades, rollouts, testing, and deployment activities
- Develop and execute unit, integration, and UAT test scenarios
- Support data migration, cleansing, validation, and reporting activities
- Create process flows, functional specifications, training materials, and system documentation
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency through SAP solutions
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and governance standards
- Support change management and continuous improvement initiatives
Required Skills:
- Proven experience leading or supporting SAP implementation projects (FI/CO, MM, SD, EWM, or related modules)
- Strong understanding of leasing, rental, consignment, or asset-tracking business models
- Experience working as a Business Analyst, SAP Consultant, or similar role bridging business and IT
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and requirements-gathering skills
- Fluent or Native-level Japanese and Advanced English communication skills
- Experience within the medical device, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or regulated industry environment is highly preferred

Work Style: Hybrid (1–2 days remote work per week)
