Job Title: Product Manager – Finance Systems & Procure-to-Pay (Remote, US-Based)

Overview:
Are you a seasoned Product Manager with a passion for maintaining and optimizing financial technology systems? We’re seeking a highly skilled professional to join our client’s Finance Applications team on a 6-month contract. This is a remote opportunity within the United States, perfect for a self-starter who excels at keeping enterprise financial systems running smoothly, troubleshooting issues, and supporting existing workflows—no major system overhauls expected. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a keen eye for detail, and possess deep ERP and finance systems expertise, this role offers an exciting chance to make a tangible impact in a leading tech company.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of system administration experience with ERPs (preferably NetSuite) and other finance applications
  • 4+ years of hands-on configuration experience in NetSuite modules (e.g., GL, Fixed Assets, Payables/Receivables, Automations)
  • Proven ability to support and maintain finance workstreams, including break-fix support and workflow management
  • Deep understanding of “Record to Report” finance processes and financial reporting features
  • 3+ years deploying large-scale ERP implementations and integrating these systems via middleware tools (e.g., Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi)
  • Strong knowledge of procurement, billing, order management, and general accounting processes
  • Experience working in Agile environments, utilizing Jira, participating in sprint ceremonies and backlog refinement
  • Familiarity with SOX compliance, internal controls, and working with auditors
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently across multiple priorities

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience with Adaptive Planning, Workday, VNDLY, or Ironclad
  • Knowledge of workflow automation and system integrations beyond NetSuite
  • Prior experience in a public company environment or with finance-driven SOX processes

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field
  • 3-7 years of relevant professional experience in finance systems and product management roles

Other Requirements:

  • Remote work available for candidates within the United States; PST hours preferred to align with team operations
  • The contract duration is 6 months, with an immediate start preferred within two weeks
  • This role involves ongoing support and system administration, with no major new system implementations anticipated
