Senior Financial Analyst – Revenue & Commercial Finance
Location: Remote 
Duration: 3 Months with Potential Extension


Our client is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support revenue forecasting, commercial finance, and sales planning activities during a leave of absence coverage. This role will partner closely with Finance, Sales, Operations, and Commercial teams to deliver actionable insights, improve forecast accuracy, and support strategic decision-making across multiple sales channels.
Key Responsibilities

• Drive revenue forecasting and planning processes across retail, distribution, and direct-to-consumer channels.
• Analyze sell-in, sell-through, inventory, registrations, dealer margins, deductions, and promotional activity to identify trends and forecast risks/opportunities.
• Develop and maintain financial models that support revenue projections, demand planning, promotional investments, and profitability analysis.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue reporting, including variance analysis against budget, forecast, and actual results.
• Support sales and commercial teams with performance tracking, KPI reporting, and business insights.
• Partner with Accounting to manage promotional accruals, deductions, and other revenue-related reserves.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, Revenue Finance, Sales Finance, or related analytical roles.
• Experience supporting consumer products, consumer electronics, retail, or distribution-based businesses preferred.
• Strong understanding of revenue forecasting, demand planning, channel performance analysis, and financial reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to build and maintain complex financial models.
• Experience with Anaplan strongly preferred; SAP S/4HANA experience is a plus.
