Trainee Site Supervisor - Residential Homes

If you’re currently an Estimator, Scheduler, or Construction Administrator and you’re ready to step out of the office and onto site, this role gives you a change to become a residential site supervisor.

A well‑established residential builder in Perth’s NOR Central corridor is looking for an ambitious trainee to join their construction team and grow into a fully-fledged Site Supervisor.

You’ll be supported by senior supervisors, structured training, and exposure to real‑time site operations across single and double‑storey builds.

What you’ll be doing

• Assisting supervisors with daily site walks, QA checks, and progress updates
• Learning how to manage trades, schedule workflow, and maintain build timelines
• Supporting defect management, variations, and client communication
• Gaining exposure to compliance, safety, and residential construction standards
• Building strong relationships with trades, suppliers, and internal teams

What you’ll bring

• Background as an Estimator, Scheduler, Construction Coordinator in WA. 
• Strong organisational skills and understanding of residential build stages
• A genuine desire to move onsite and build a long‑term construction career
• Confidence communicating with trades and internal stakeholders
• Driver’s licence and willingness to travel across NOR Central sites
