The Opportunity:

You'll work closely with experienced Project Managers and Senior Management, gaining exposure to all aspects of project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Procurement and management of subcontractor packages
- Progress claims, variations and cost reporting
- Review and administration of subcontract agreements
- Project cost control and expenditure tracking
- Management of subcontractor claims
- RFIs and consultant coordination
- Project administration and compliance support
- Supporting project delivery teams throughout the construction lifecycle
- Degree qualified in Construction Management or similar
- 3+ years' experience as a Contracts Administrator
- Strong understanding of project financials and contract administration
- Procore experience advantageous
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Driven, proactive and eager to progress your career
