Registered Care Manager Bearsted, Kent £35,000 - £42,000 per annum An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced and compassionate Registered Care Manager to lead a well-established domiciliary care service in Kent. This role is ideally suited to a motivated leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care while supporting and developing a dedicated care team. You will play a pivotal role in driving service excellence, maintaining compliance, and ensuring outstanding outcomes for service users and their families. We are seeking an ambitious professional with strong leadership capability, excellent operational knowledge, and a genuine commitment to improving lives through compassionate care delivery.
